How late can I order for same-day delivery in Istanbul?+
Orders placed by 15:00 (Istanbul time) are delivered the same evening. Express three-hour delivery is available on request.
Do you deliver outside your listed twelve cities?+
Yes — please contact our concierge on WhatsApp and we'll arrange courier delivery to any Turkish city.
Can I customize an arrangement?+
Every bouquet can be adjusted for size, palette, wrapping and add-ons (vase, chocolates, macarons, candles, greeting card).
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer for corporate accounts.
Is there a freshness guarantee?+
Yes — seven days from delivery. If any stem wilts, we'll replace the entire arrangement.
Do you photograph the arrangement before delivery?+
On request, we send a photo of your finished bouquet before it leaves the atelier.
